A parenting workshop designed to strengthen the connection and trust between family members and to prepare for the ups and downs of the new world we live in. Kids learn everything from family first – how to love, interact and be in relationships. In this interactive workshop you will sharpen your skills relating to tweens and teens, and learn to create a safe and loving environment for you and for them. Topics include: how to best talk to kids; messaging and setting the tone; anxiety and depression; rituals that bring family together; and finding a balance for technology and social media. Bring questions, issues and concerns and we will work to deepen your understanding of the powerful influence you are for kids and help you become the parent/guardian/grandparent you want to be. Expect to learn a lot about yourself and marvel at the journey you are on!
