Taking the actions and doing the daily practices that invite forward powerful information, energy and wisdom moving through you, is a beautiful access to a magnificent quality of life. Making the choice to surrender any and all thoughts, emotions or patterns from the past that might block the Sacred Connection is one of the first steps inside of being open at the top. Sometimes this takes courage — courage to do the daily spiritual practice, courage to make it a priority to listen powerfully, the courage to open our hearts and minds.
Brené Brown says it this way: “Courage is a heart word. The root of the word courage is COR-the Latin word for heart. In one of its earliest forms, the word courage meant “to speak one’s mind by telling all one’s heart.” Love hard. Be brave.”
