Goodness Being Realized

You may say I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one. I hope someday you’ll join us. And the world will live as one.” ― John Lennon

Is this quote by John Lennon anything but goodness. The question is how do we realize this goodness? Sometimes, it will seem like our dreams are impossible. The dreams that seem to become realized are the ones that lift us up whenever we think about them. It is the energy of our soul that feeds them and brings them to life all around us. The dreams that are like wishes never would come true because they don’t contain the energy of our soul and we simply give up before anything is realized. That energy deep within us is so powerful that we never give up even when we must let go and let God. For these dreams are the foundation of who we are, forever eternal. You are the goodness you seek.

Are you able to find goodness in your life? Do you have a dream you still envision? Take a moment, find a quiet place, and breathe. Allow yourself to become still and silent. Let your heart slow and feel the energy all around you and within you. Remember your dream(s). Allow yourself to smile and feel the warmth of the universe fill you up. That is the energy that you are and it points you in the direction of your highest and best good. It allows your soul to speak to you and for you to recognize the dreams your soul is nurturing. This week, take the time to explore your soul and find the goodness you are.
