It’s been a great month at CSL Boulder Valley. Early in the month, Dr. Patty Luckenbach from Mile Hi Church blessed our space and left us with a lovely dreamcatcher that allows all our good dreams to flow out into the Universe to be manifested, and catches any negative energy to be burned away by the sun. Look for the dreamcatcher in the Celebration Hall window. And we ended the month with a great workshop by Dr. David Goldberg and Rick Finbow. We are blessed!

Special thanks to our Music Director Karen Karsh for bringing in some great music. Thanks to all of you for making our SmileTrain collection a great success, and to Jay Burch for organizing our Third Thursday Spiritual Forums. The upcoming Forum, November 16th, will be on Forgiveness – the Ultimate Revenge. Forgiveness is the perfect preparation work for Thanksgiving, and I hope to see you there. There’s more info elsewhere in the newsletter.

One of my favorite services is our Thanksgiving Eve service. As we create our traditional Gratitude Bouquet, I am always inspired by hearing all that you all are grateful for. Come and help us fill our space with gratitude on Wednesday evening, November 22nd at 6:30.

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays – a wonderful time to bask in gratitude. As I celebrate being the minister here at CSLBV for two years, I have SO MUCH to be grateful for: I am so thankful for the love and support of sweet Mary (the BEST minister’s wife in the world!!) and for our lovely, cozy home. I am grateful for family, friends, our sweet kitty Rusty, good health, abundance, and so much more. I am enormously grateful for the teachers and teachings of Science of Mind and Spirit – the teaching that has made such a difference in my life. And, of course, I am grateful for all of you – what a wonderfully supportive spiritual community we continue to create!

In November, I’ll be in the office on Thursday afternoons, as usual (except Thanksgiving). I’m also in the office at other times by appointment. Feel free to call if you’d like to come in to chat or to pray, or to share your thoughts about ways to make our Center even more magnificent.

I look forward to seeing you on Thanksgiving Eve, Sunday mornings, and at our events! Journey joyfully, knowing that you are blessed and you ARE a blessing!

Oh, and don’t forget to change your clock back one hour so you won’t be an hour early for church on November 5th! (Though Mary will start the coffee early, just in case!

Love, Rev. Jyoti
