Planting the Seed for a Breakthrough

A beautiful way to be open to breakthroughs is by asking open-ended questions and being curious rather than looking for answers. The part of our brain that looks for answers is quite often more rigid, results oriented, and analytical. When we’re asking questions, the artistic, intuitive, the spiritual part wakes up and says “Lets Play!”

If you can let go of passion and follow your curiosity, your curiosity just might lead you to your passion.”  Elizabeth Gilbert

Our curiosity is a powerful engine for breakthroughs. Being curious side steps our place of judgment or ego, this is a softer, more gentle way of being that invites us to take that next step in growth and development. When you feel driven to force a particular outcome, stop and take that breath, shift gears, and move into that playful place of being curious and start asking questions! This plants the seed for Breakthroughs to sprout, bless us and grow throughout our lives!
