circleHeartGreetings,

Happy June! And Happy Fathers’ Day! What a vital role fathers play. I love talking with some of the dads in our congregation and hearing about how they connected, and continue to connect, with their sons and daughters. Thanks to all who have served in the role of father, dad, grandpa, etc. You make the world a better place!

June is Gay Pride month and makes me so glad that our teaching and our organization, Centers for Spiritual Living, is open and welcoming to all people, regardless of sexual orientation, religion, gender, and all other categories. We are One People – all of us on the planet.

Our theme this month is Spiritual Wisdom and How to Follow It. What a wonderful chance to look again at the amazing tools we have in the Science of Mind and Spirit that help us to access and follow the divine guidance and motivation that are always available to us. You are a powerful expression of the divine and have more available resources and support than you may have realized. Come on Sundays and find out more.

We’ve had some great Outreach projects in the past few months and I want to thank all of you for contributing. We’re not just here to stare at our belly buttons and make our own lives better, we are here to serve in whatever ways we can. Which reminds me: if any of you would like to join the Food Bank team, just let me know.

Mary and I are looking forward to having the June Potluck at our house once again. It’s always so delightful to have you in our home. And the potlucks are ALWAYS great. Put it on your calendar – after service on June 24th. See you then.

I’ll be in the office on Thursday afternoons as usual, and other times by appointment. Feel free to call if you’d like to come in to chat or to pray, or if you have ideas or suggestions you’d like to share. Sunday mornings are often so busy that I don’t have as much time as I’d like with each of you!

I look forward to seeing you on Sunday mornings or at our other events! Journey joyfully, knowing that you are blessed and you ARE a blessing! We are so blessed and I am SO grateful.

Journey joyfully!
Love, Reverend Jyoti
