Help fight hunger in Boulder and Broomfield Counties. Both food and funds help Community Food Share fight hunger!
CSL Boulder Valley has a donor that will match all donation of funds dollar-for-dollar.
Food
Food drives provide some of the healthiest and highest-quality food that Community Food Share receives. Please ensure that all donated food items are non-perishable and usable (no damaged cans, open packages, or expired products).
Most Needed Food Items
- Canned Fruits
- Soups & Stews & Chili
- Nut Butters
- Cereal & Oatmeal
- Canned Tuna & Chicken
- Baby Food & Formula (not expired)
- Beans (canned or dry)
- Pasta & Sauce
- Rice
Funds $1 = 3 Meals
Please consider donating funds instead of or in addition to bringing food. If you walk into a grocery store with $1, you won’t be able to buy much. But when you give $1 to Community Food Share, they’re able to turn it into three meals! Their cost per pound of food is much lower than the average consumer, because they are able to procure food in large, bulk quantities. Monetary donations also allow them to purchase bulk food to be repacked by volunteers.
Checks should be made payable to Community Food Share.
- Donation acknowledgements will be sent to individual donors who provide contact information with their donations.
