Voice Dialog

Voice Dialogue is a powerful body of knowledge or technology that teaches people how to befriend and become aware of the multitude of internal voices that we all have. Some estimates are that humans have something like 200 internal voices. An example is the vulnerable child. When the vulnerable child is “in control” humans only have the skills and abilities of that age and past environment.

Being conscious of the specific voice that is “running the show” at any particular point in time can be exquisitely freeing. There is a particular way of being or skill set that arises with the different voices and as people learn to navigate and shift from voice to voice, the feeling of being “on rails” or disempowered softens.
