Mindfulness is a practice focused on slowing down and noticing the breath, movements in your body, and other experiences, all with a heighted awareness. By focusing our mind and slowing down, we can do anything in a mindful way. We will be doing various mindfulness practices, including a walking and movement meditation, as well as a mindfulness eating meditation.
