From the Board: Sandy Rinehart

Great things are happening here at the Center!  The Board is excited to be going on our retreat this week.  This is another sign of our prosperity. The Board is looking forward to the team building and the camaraderie that getting away will provide.

The new trend is that the Mission Statement should be both short and inspiring, so we’ve set our main task to create one and perhaps a new Vision Statement as well. We will bring these to the community as the next step in the Center’s growth. We also will investigate our personal strengths and discover how we can use our gifts to further the Center’s growth

We continue to provide for the spiritual growth of our community with classes and book groups. Self-Mastery, an 8-week long, certified course began Sept 20. Our monthly book club starts back up in October with Live Your Bliss by Terry Cole-Whittaker. Our spiritual groups provide great discussion and community building; please join us! We will begin Oct. 2nd.

Under the great leadership of Rev. Jyoti and Laura McGee, RScP, our Board president, this Center is moving forward and preparing to be able to support our growth and the growth of each of our individual participants.   Stay tune or better yet, volunteer to participate in this growth.

Sandy Rinehart, Vice-President of the Center’s Board of Trustee.
